Click here to goto the Quicktime update page. If you are using a new version of Internet Exlporer and Window operating system then you will need to restore compatibility. Apple has provided an ActiveX control that will fix this problem. Please visit http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/qtcheck/ where you will be prompted to download and install this control if you do not already have it. You may have a slow connection. View the low resolution video. You may be able to view only Windows Media files. Then you should see a media window below. Press play on the media player.
